The Royal Belgian Shipowners’ Association has been invited to deliver a presentation at the Marseq Combating Piracy Conference on 18 and 19 October.
Piracy off Somalia costs the world community an average of 12 Bio US$ a year (10 times the EU budget for ACP countries)!
